Member of Knesset Yulia Shamalov-Berkovich and two of her aides were lightly injured, Thursday, in an auto accident next to the Aluf Sadeh Junction in Ramat Gan. The Kadima party lawmaker says a jeep hit her private car as she was coming back from a tour of Jerusalem. She and her aides were taken to the Sheba Medical Center in Tel Hashomer, east of Tel Aviv, for treatment.
While MK Shamalov-Berkovich's injuries were described as very light, she was suffering from nausea and pain in her lungs. One of the aide's injuries was also described as very light. The second aide was admitted with light injuries.
