Maariv website reports that 11 years after the Bali island terrorist attack that claimed 202 victims, mostly tourists, the architect of the attack, Omar Patek, has been extradited from Pakistan to Indonesia.
Security experts expect Patek to expose ties between terrorist cells in Pakistan, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
