Lebanon Can't Find Hariri Suspects

Lebanon has informed a special court of inquiry that it cannot locate four Hizbullah terrorists named by the court as suspects in the 2005 slaying of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri. The suspects' names were released on June 30.

The investigation into Hariri's death has caused political turmoil in Lebanon, as coalition partner Hizbullah has been enraged by accusations of involvement in the killing.
