New clashes broke out last Sunday night in northern London. These clashes follow riots which occurred on Saturday night in the Tottenham neighborhood and in which several people were injured.
London police have reportedly deployed large forces in the streets in an attempt to prevent the repetition of Saturday’s violent incidents, which broke out after police shot and killed a man late last week.
