Avi Roeh: Migron Ruling – a Diversion

The High Court ruled against the town of Migron on Tuesday as a diversionary tactic, Avi Roeh, head of the Binyamin regional council, accused Tuesday in an interview with Arutz Sheva. “The High Court decided to turn public attention from the attorney general's decision to allow the investigation of Supreme Court Justice Yoram Danziger,” he said.

“The court thinks that by deciding to destroy an Israeli town in Judea and Samaria, it will win public support,” Roeh added. He denied that Migron was built on privately owned Arab land. “We argue that the land Migron is built on is hours and we want a chance to prove it in court,” he said.
