The Knesset’s Internal Affairs and Environment Committee, chaired by MK Amnon Cohen, approved on Monday for a second and third reading a bill that would establish a special court of appeals regarding entry into Israel.

The bill deals with the establishment of a new administrative court, called the “appeals court,” which will hear appeals against decisions of different authorities in matters of migration, entry and exit from Israel and deportation.
