Taking advantage of the protest atmosphere in Israel, teachers went on the march Monday night demanding that the government support public education. Dozens of teachers, parents and activists were marching in Jerusalem demanding more money for public schools, and decrying recent trends towards privatization of education.

The teachers are marching to the Prime Minister's residence, where they plan to hold a rally.
