An estimated 100 million shekels in excess water-company revenue for 2010 has led the water-company chief at the Water Authority to recommend a partial refund to consumers. according to a Sunday-night report by Channel 2 television.

Under the recommendation, the refund would take the form of a credit on an upcoming water bill.
