Doctors to Hold Major Protest

Dozens of doctors left their posts at Hadassah Ein-Kerem Hospital Sunday morning and began marching towards the residence of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu. The head of the Doctors' Union, Leonid Idelman, has been holding a vigil there for the past three days, as part of the doctors' demands that their salaries and work schedules be improved.

A large demonstration is set for Sunday morning, with doctors from around the country converging on the Prime Minister's Residence, demanding that Netanyahu intervene to end the strike.
