Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu announced, Tuesday morning, that he would create a rental housing market in Israel through reduced, if not eliminated, property costs to developers of rental property.

Addressing a news conference, Netanyahu said housing would also become more affordable through benefits to qualifying sectors of the population.
