Police on Monday night prevented protesters from setting up a tent city in Levinsky Park in South Tel Aviv. Police pushed about 20 protesters out of the park, telling them to return to Rothschild Boulevard, where the only permits for a tent city protest had been issued.

Protesters said they had a right to set up tents in the park, and said they would return to do so later.
