At least eight soldiers were killed and dozens were wounded Sunday evening when a suicide terrorist in a van full of explosives blew himself up outside a military base in the Yemeni city of Aden.

Yemeni military sources say the attack took place as a convoy of soldiers and equipment prepared to leave for the nearby Abihan district to fight Al-Qaeda forces.
