Two youths who were hitchhiking on Highway 60 near the Binyamin-region Jewish community of Ramat Migron were detained by detectives on Friday, according to the Honenu legal-aid organization.
Honenu said the two were taken to the Binyamin police station and that a Honenu attorney is trying to clarify why.
