The Al-Rahama Relief and Development Association signed a $6.8 million agreement with the Islamic Development Bank on Thursday to repair houses that were damaged in Israel's Cast Lead counter-terror campaign in 2008-09, according to the Al-Ayam daily.

Since the campaign, the bank has invested $170 million in different initiatives in the Hamas-controlled area via funds transferred from the Gulf Cooperation Council, among others.
