French President Nicolas Sarkozy is meeting with two Libyan rebel leaders amid international efforts to bolster the opposition to Muammar Qaddafi's regime.

The two arrived Monday for talks in Sarkozy's presidential palace accompanied by French philosopher Bernard Henri-Levy, who has championed the Libyan opposition.
