The B'Emunah construction company, which specializes in building projects geared toward the religious-Zionist community, won a tender Tuesday to build two new housing projects in the city of Natzrat Illit.
The first project will include 79 “cottage” style housing units, each 4-5 rooms, while the second will include 160 similarly-sized apartments grouped together in large buildings.
B'Emunah marketing manager Ronen Weill said the company is unsure whether to market the new houses to the religious-Zionist or hareidi-religious community, and may market some homes to each.
