Police Seek More Remand of Migron Youth

A remand hearing is scheduled for Tuesday in the case of one of youths detained Monday by police following clashes between residents of the Binyamin Jewish community of Migron and Arabs from nearby villages.

Two youths were released to house arrest after no connection was found between them and the clashes. Police claim a third tried to get away at the time of the arrest, a claim the youth denies. The Honenu legal-aid organization is representing all three youths.
