Dialogue was reported Tuesday morning between Isaeli navy forces and those sailing on the ship Al-Karame (Destiny) in an effort to dissuade them from their attempt to break the naval blockade of Gaza.
The navy says it will give those on board a chance to turn back at any tim e before sailors board the ship.
