Yishai for Free Land and Interest-Free Loans

Chairman Eli Yishai said, Tuesday morning, that the party will formulate proposals for solving the housing crisis, and if they are not accepted, the party won't hesistate to leave the coalition led by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, although he did not give a timetable.

Interviewed by Kol Yisrael government radio, the interior minister said a substantial reduction must be made in the cost of land for apartments. He added that free land and low-interest loans should be offered to the homeless.
