The Knesset Diaspora, Immigration and Absorption Committee and Member of Knesset Avraham Michaeli are scheduled to hold a salute to Chabad emissaries in the former Soviet Union (FSU) on Monday. Also taking part will be Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman, Interior Minister Eli Yisahi and Knesset members from almost every faction, along with Russian Chief Rabbi Berel Lazar and businessmen Lev Levaiev and Michael Mirlshvili, who support Jewish educational institutions in the FSU.

About 300 emissaries are scheduled to take part. They arrived for a gathering in Tel Aviv last week and were addressed by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.
