Director Tzion Shama of the Histadrut Labor Federation's Bank Division informed bank and insurance managers, on Sunday, that the daily vacation pay for workers in these fields will be NIS 467.13.

The sum represents a 4.2-percent increase over the 2010 rate, reflecting the change in the consumer price index between June of 2010 and 2011.
