Representatives of the Finance and Health Ministries began a meeting with representatives of the Israel Medical Federation at the National Labor Court, Sunday afternoon, in an effort to finish negotiations on a collective-bargaining agreement and end doctor sanctions that have affected the country for the last few months.
Despite progress reported late last week on doctors punching in and out on time clocks, the issue is believed to be one of the sticking points. The other is pay supplements.
