A 12-year-old boy was found on Monday evening near the entrance to the Jewish community of Tene-Omarim in the South Hevron Hills with a head injury.
A team of Magen David Adom paramedics gave the boy initial treatment and then took him to the Soroko Hospital in Be’er Sheva in moderate condition.
