The government of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is expected to issue a tender in the coming day for about 400 housing units in Jewish communities of Judea and Samaria, according to a Sunday evening report by Channel 10 television. The bid represents implementation of a cabinet decision which followed the murder of five members of the Fogel family in the Samarian Jewish community of Itamar almost four months ago.
The tender would be for 300 homes in Beitar Ilit, south of Jerusalem, 40 in the Judean community of Efrat and 46 in the Samarian community of Karnei Shomron.
