Police went to the home of Rabbi Ya'akov Yosef in Jerusalem Thursday morning. Earlier in the week, police sources said the rabbi would be detained for questioning in connection with his endorsement of the book Torat Hamelech, which discusses treatment of non-Jews in time of war.

Rabbi Yosef and Rabbi Dov Lior of Kiryat Arba-Hevron both refused to respond to summons to be questioned on the book a few months ago. Rabbi Lior was detained for questioning earlier this week.
