A four-legged hen was discovered Wednesday at a Jerusalem slaughter house. Rabbi David Batzri pronounced the blessing "Who Changes Living Things" upon seeing the chicken.

The chicken was brought to a rabbinical court of the hareidi community. A decision is pending on whether the bird is fit for slaughter.
