Libya’s justice minister condemned on Monday the arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court against leader Muammar Qaddafi, his sons and associates, on suspicion of crimes against humanity they allegedly committed during the repression of protests in their country.
At a press conference in Tripoli, the Minister said that “the Court is a tool by the West to prosecute leaders of third world countries.”
