Judicial Ombudsman Eliezer Goldberg reported Monday that there was a failure of management in the February suicide of Judge Morris Ben-Atar of the Jerusalem Magistrates Court. Goldberg ruled that the court administration was not aware of the situation of Judge Ben-Atar's cases and got involved late.
At the same time, the retired justice did not find improper behavior on the part of courts manager Moshe Gal or Magistrates Court President Shlomit Dotan.
