The government on Sunday authorized a new program to help first-time home buyers. Young couples who purchase homes in one of over 30 peripheral towns in the north, south, and in Yesha, will receive a grant of NIS 100,000, and a loan on subsidized terms.



The plan was developed by Housing Minister Ariel Attias.
