Former prime minister Ehud Olmert denied, on Thursday, that he received money from United States businessman Morris (Moshe) Talansky, as claimed by the prosecution in Olmert's corruption trial. Talansky testified that he brought thousands of dollars in cash to Olmert.
During his testimony in the Jerusalem District Court, Olmert said, "The prosecution claim that Talansky gave me 15,000 dollars in cash doesn't make sense. He contradicted himself."
