Sarah Karp, the widow of Arik Karp, who was beaten to death by Arabs two years ago on the Tel Aviv promenade, spoke Tuesday about her husband's attackers, who had been acquitted of murder and convicted of manslaughter earlier this year.

They "sat and laughed," she said. "It is murder. If they had prevented this murder we would not be sitting here today."

During Tuesday's sentencing Karp cried out that "no one used their cellphone to try and call for help...I begged for their help and no one tried to help me."
