Members of the Shechem Core Group (Gar'in Shechem) said Monday evening that Israel's nuclear facility in Dimona "is not immune" from their efforts to return a full-time Israeli presence to the Tomb of Joseph in Shechem.
The statement came after a 90 minute sit-in at Israel's satellite receiving station in the Ha'elah Valley in central Israel. Activists from the group said that "Joseph's Tomb is no less a strategic asset than the satellite station...."
