Israeli forces arrested a senior Hamas official in the Samarian Palestinian Authority (PA) city of Jenin on Friday, according to PA security officials cited by Agence France Presse. Wasfi Qabha served as a minister for prisoner affairs in the Hamas government in 2006.
Qabha was held by Israel in administrative detention from 2007 until 2010.
