      Dollar Continues Rise, Euro Continues Fall

      The official value of the shekel declined an average of .143 percent Friday against most of the currencies on the Bank of Israel's foreign currency list. The United States dollar was fixed at NIS 3.393, up .474 percent from Thursday's rate.

      The Euro fell .339 percent to 4.9141 shekels, and the pound sterling was set at NIS 5.5226, down .402 percent.
