Pfizer, the world’s largest pharmaceutical company, reached a compromise on Tuesday with the Israeli Teva in Pfizer’s lawsuit against Teva over its infringement of the patent for the drug Neurontin, which is used to treat Epilepsy.
In a statement, Teva said that the financial terms of the settlement agreement remained confidential, but documents filed with the court show that the agreement states that Teva will be allowed to continue selling a version of the drug in accordance with a license from Pfizer.
