The Knesset Health and Welfare Committee conducted a public hearing on the issue of continued Israeli water fluorination, and criticized the Health Ministry. MK Magali Wahabe pointed out that Israel still fluorinates its drinking water, despite extensive research correlating fluoric acid with human and environmental hazards.
