The Ministerial Committee for Homefront Security Preparation, chaired by Deputy Defense Minister Matan Vilna'i, is meeting Monday morning to discuss emergency plans that would require temporary relocation of large numbers of people. The committee will also discuss plans to protect sensitive infrastructure installations and ensure their safety during times of war.

The committee will also discuss budget issues and how to pay for the plans they approve.
