The Qatari prime minister suggested Saturday that talks between Israel and the Western-backed Palestinian Authority be stalled until Israel is "ready" to agree to a meeting in Doha on the Arab peace initiative, reported Al-Jazeera.

"We will suspend the peace process for the moment until there is a willing partner", said Sheikh Hamad Ben Jassem al-Thani.
