The Palestinian Authority has issued a law which clarifies who is eligible for salaries on its behalf, but a close look into the law reveals that terrorist prisoners with blood on their hands are included in the list of recipients.
The Palestinian Media Watch research institute conducted the study and determined from what has been publicized in the PA-based media that the Authority pays all PA and Israeli Arabs who are serving prison terms in Israeli jails for involvement in terrorist attacks, a salary which comes out of the PA's budget.
The budget for the salaries is provided to the PA by supporting countries, namely members of the EU countries and the West.
