The eight-year-old Jerusalem neighborhood of Ma'aleh Hazeitim, located on the Mount of Olives, will mark the dedicaton of the second phase of people populating the community next Thursday. Interviewed by Arutz Sheva's Hebrew service, Revital Schnoor of the neighborhood committee said Thursday that the community has added three buildings and doubled the population to include 70 families. She added that there are empty apartments for 20 families that will apparently be filled this summer.
Schnoor said that despite the small amount of space available, there is room for a playground and nature areas. The residents also see great benefit from the location overlooking the Old City.
