PA: PM's Speech 'Unacceptable'

Palestinian Authority spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeineh on Monday called Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's speech to the Knesset a series of “preconditions that are unacceptable to the Palestinians, and we reject them.” He said that parts of Jerusalem must become the PA's capital, and other issues, such as the return of the descendants of Arabs who fled in 1948 “must be discussed at the negotiation table.”

Abu Rudeineh said that the speech proved that Netanyahu “is not interested in peace, and is ignoring the international community. But this will not stop the Palestinians from demanding its full rights.”
