NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said on Sunday that “the party is over for Qaddafi. It is better than he understand that neither he nor his rule have a future.”
During an interview with CNN, Rasmussen said that the impasse between his forces and Qaddafi’s forces should be resolved by diplomatic means and not by military ones.
