Approximately 350 people participated on Tuesday in a rally of the Binyamin and Samaria residents’ councils and called for a Jewish return to Joseph’s Tomb.

The rally was also attended by rabbis of the Derech Emunah groups as well as by MKs Yaakov “Ketzaleh” Katz, Uri Ariel, and Tzipi Hotovely, who said that “just as it is permitted to enter the Cave of the Patriarchs and Rachel’s Tomb and pray at the Western Wall, the same should be true for Joseph's Tomb. We ask the Knesset Speaker: no more underground entries that began because Jews could not pray at Joseph's Tomb.”
