Venezuelan leader Hugo Chavez on Sunday condemned the NATO strike that reportedly killed Sa'if al-Arab, some of Muammar Qaddafi, and two of Qaddafi's grandchildren. Chavez called the deadly strike, "madness,” adding that it was clear that NATO was “targeting Qadaffi,” and that getting rid of the Libyan leader in order to seize the country's oil was the West's true purpose.
