Hamas sources have told the terror organization's Al-Risallah website that the abduction of another Israeli is "only a matter of time."
The call came about ten days after vice chairman Ahmad Bachar of Hamas Legislative Council called for creation of a special committee to plan the kidnapping of an Israeli in an organized way.
