Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko addressed Monday’s explosion in the capital of Minsk and said that it was a deliberate attack aimed to destabilize the country.
11 people were killed in the explosion, which occurred in the Oktyabrskaya subway station during the evening rush hour. At least 100 people were injured. The station itself collapsed from the force of the blast.
