Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman will leave for Germany on Wednesday. Lieberman plans to meet with his German counterpart, and to take part in a conference on Israel-Europe relations.
On Friday, Lieberman will officially open the first Israeli consulate in Munich, along with the Bavarian regional prime minister. Also present will be Esther Roth-Shachamarov, a former runner who survived the 1972 Munich Olympics terrorist massacre of Israeli athletes.
