The Knesset’s House Committee Chairman, MK Yariv Levin, filed a complaint on Thursday with the State Comptroller, demanding a comprehensive review of the travels abroad of public figures.
Levin’s letter exposes dozens of trips funded by various agencies, among them opposition leader Tzipi Livni’s trip to Hawaii and a time period of nearly six months in which MK Yoel Hasson was abroad. Levin asks the State Comptroller in the letter not to isolate the Prime Minister on this issue but rather investigate all the other public figures.
