Rabbi Shalom Dov Wolpe of the Land of Israel Task Force said on Wednesday in response to the terror attack in Jerusalem: "Before [PA Chairman] Abbas can revive the third intifada as did his predecessor Yasser Arafat, he should be declared a war criminal who commits crimes against humanity and be treated accordingly."
