A committee studying the functioning of the Igud 'Arim (City Union) firefighting service submitted its report to Public Safety Minister Yitzchak Aharonovich and ministry Director-General Ya'akov Ganot on Monday.
The report cited the service for operational and fiscal failings which it called life threatening.
